If you're anything like me then the area around you TV is becoming more and more tangled up with wires. With a HD TV, FreeView box, bluray player and an Xbox 360 plus all of the accessories, it's easy for your tech gadgets to mess with your feng shui. This is why if you're looking to buy a headset for your xbox 360, you might want to avoid any of the wired ones, such as the Tritton AX 720 or AX Pro or any of the Turtle Beach Headsets, expect for one, the top of the line Turtle Beach x41 headset, which I'll talk about more in this article.
it would be easy for me to try and persuade you that the Turtle Beach x41 is one of the best Xbox headsets because it's wireless, but hopefully I'll explain why the x41 is a fantastic headset - wireless or not. Being wireless though is a fantastic advantage over many of the other headsets, the x41 is incredibly easy to set up, with just a simple USB cable to power the unit, and batteries for the headset - done! This is especially apparent when you compare it to the Tritton AX Pro which has a complex setup in comparison, and lots of ugly wires.
The Turtle Beach x41 headset has sound quality that is hard to beat, with Dolby Virtual 7.1 surround sound that breathes new life into your games. Imagine being able to hear footsteps creeping up behind you and reacting quickly to get the kill - something that would have been possible with a normal headset without directional sound. With a whole host of configuration options, quality build and the fact it's wireless the Turtle Beach x41 is a fantastic choice of Xbox gaming.
